Our Mission: The Company as a whole and each employee will strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers at competitive prices, backed by the highest professional service and support attainable.
Ordering: Your orders may be placed by phone, e-mail, mail or on our website.
Payment: We accept credit card payments through our partnership with PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will then contact you regarding your shipping options.
Shipping: We ship standard UPS within the United States. You can request another type of shipping, however the rate calculated on your order is standard UPS. Additional charges for another method of shipping will be calculated when your order is processed. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please specify the method of shipping you prefer and we will contact you with your options and costs. The carrier assumes responsibility for all items in transit; title of merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. All losses or damages are to be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer upon delivery. Shortages or incorrect items received must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Note: Applied High Performance Products does not ship liquid products to P.O. Boxes. Aerosol spray cans and fuel additives cannot be shipped via air freight per Federal guidelines.
Return / Exchange Guidelines:
Product Damaged During Shipping: If there is visible damage to your order upon delivery, refuse the order. It will be returned to AHPP for inspection and a new order will be sent at no extra charge to you. If you discover hidden damage after accepting delivery of your order, call (218) 791-4267 for damaged product instruction.
Warranty: Applied Hi-Performance Products offers no express, implied, or statutory warranty on items manufactured or services performed. Purchased items manufactured by companies other than AHPP may carry their own warranty.
Back-Ordered Products: Items not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on back-order status. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. If you wish to cancel the back-ordered item(s), call or email to let us know; customer bears sole responsibility to cancel back-orders. Customers are responsible for all freight and handling charges.
International Customers: All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or prepaid with certified check or money order before shipment. All purchases are to be paid in U.S. funds only.
Pricing: All prices listed are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice due to increases in materials costs, production costs, and special handling charges. We make every effort to hold our prices and ensure competitive pricing. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and AHPP reserves the right to revoke any offer or price inadvertently published due to error or omission.
Sales Tax Information: North Dakota residents add 5.00% sales tax to order total. North Dakota sales tax will be added to all orders that are shipped in-state or picked up at our facility. Since AHPP is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes the tax rate AHPP charges may be higher than just your sales tax. AHPP also collects any additional taxes on lubricating products required by certain states and provinces. Our business is operated from North Dakota; all out-of-state orders are tax free.
